At Shults Tree Service, we take pride in precision, safety, and doing the job right the first time. We’re looking for dependable men who want to work hard, learn real skills, and be part of a tight crew that handles serious tree work the right way. Whether you’ve been in the industry or you’re brand new and willing to learn, we’ll train you the right way from the ground up.
You’ll be trained by an ISA Certified Arborist and learn professional climbing, rigging, equipment handling, and job-site safety. We invest in people who show up ready to work and take pride in doing things properly.
We believe in rewarding commitment. If we finish early on certain days, you’re still paid for a full 8-hour day. When you show up ready to work, we make sure your time is respected.
Must-Haves

Now Hiring: Experienced Climber
We’re actively looking for an experienced tree climber who can move safely and confidently in the canopy. You don’t have to be elite — but you must be competent, dependable, and serious about safety. If you’re willing to work hard and keep improving, we’ll help you get better.
